Once you’ve placed an order on our website, you can’t wait to receive your package.
We make every effort to make this happen safely and as quickly as possible. This is why we also need your help, which is why we kindly ask you to carefully fill in the requested information when you checkout online.
You will see that there are several options for the ordered products to reach you. In order to simplify the whole ordering and delivery process, the costs involved are displayed as soon as you indicate which city you are ordering from and which delivery option you choose. Your parcel may however be limited to a particular mode of transportation depending on its weight, size or destination.
We do our best to ship within 48 hours of receiving your order (for products in stock). For products with “Pre-Order” status, we will always ensure that the manufacturing/manufacturing period stated on each individual product is taken into account. However, even with our best efforts, there may be some delays during very busy periods (especially over the Holidays), for which we thank you in advance for your patience.
The package will be assembled and shipped as soon as we have ensured that:
the details filled in the order form are complete and correct
the chosen products are in stock
payment (in the case of payment by credit card) has been correctly made
You will receive an e-mail confirming your order and the total cost (value of the products and transportation cost). We will also inform you by e-mail or telephone if one of the products ordered is not in stock and the estimated delivery time (if it will be available in the future).

Card data processing is done exclusively on EuPlătesc.ro servers. The security of the Customer’s/Corrower’s information is guaranteed by the fact that EuPlătesc.ro does not store the Customer’s/Corrower’s confidential card data, but sends it encrypted over a secure connection to the processing bank. In this way the information of the Client/Corrower is safe. Regardless of the currency you have on your account, transactions are made in lei at your bank’s exchange rate.
For payments with credit/debit cards issued under the Visa and MasterCard (Visa/Visa Electron and Mastercard/Maestro) brands, the 3D Secure system developed by the ePayment service is used. This system provides the same level of security for online transactions as for those carried out at an ATM or in person at the merchant. 3D Secure ensures, firstly, that no information related to your card is transferred or stored at any point in time on ElectroFun’s servers or ePayment’s servers, as this data is directly entered into the Visa and MasterCard systems. In addition, 3D Secure is a system for authenticating cardholder identity in an electronic environment. The cardholder authentication process is based on a security code known only to the cardholder and takes place only on Visa or MasterCard servers, as applicable. The 3D Secure system allows online purchases to be made with any card issued under a Visa or MasterCard license, including debit, Maestro and Visa Electron debit and electronic cards. Virtual cards issued by these organizations are also accepted.
